Join Our Team as a Scheduling Manager!

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Scheduling Manager to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our services and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee schedules for Wellness Coordinators and Personal Care Partners.
• Ensure all shifts are adequately staffed daily, and find coverage for call-outs and no-shows.
• Coordinate with recruiting and set up interviews when the Business Office Manager is unavailable.
• Manage the new hire process, including maintaining and tracking new hire paperwork.
• Schedule and coordinate training and orientation for all new hires.
• Assist with disciplinary action, including completing job performance forms and tracking write-ups for wellness staff.
• Participate in weekend Manager on Duty rotation.
• Conduct daily rounds of the community to ensure resident care needs are met and staff are performing up to company standards.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with maintaining employee files and communicate all changes in employee status.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to approve PTO, schedule holidays, manage FMLA and leaves of absence
• Commitment to ensuring adequate staffing for each shift
