Weekend Concierge - Premier Living Facility

 

Position Overview: Join our team as a Weekend Concierge and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and vibrant atmosphere of our premier living facility. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, this position requires managing various responsibilities with professionalism and a customer-first approach. Your main goal will be to ensure all residents and guests experience high-quality interaction and service throughout their weekend visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times. Ensure that all residents and guests feel welcomed, valued, and respected.
  • Communication Hub: Efficiently operate a multiline telephone system to screen and direct calls, take messages, and provide information with courtesy and tact.
  • Reception Mastery: Greet all guests and residents warmly upon entering the building; direct them appropriately and manage check-ins smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Handle clerical duties including scheduling appointments, sorting mail and deliveries, and preparing documents using word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Proactive Response: Address and resolve resident concerns swiftly; participate in the management of emergencies and unexpected situations with composure.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee and run weekend activities, ensuring engaging and well-organized events for our residents.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Monitor premises for any issues needing repair and communicate these to the relevant department; ensure all environments are safe and well-maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
  • Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently and calmly
  • Familiarity with BILD sales systems is a plus
