Digital Marketing Manager

 

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager primarily to oversee and optimize our paid search/SEM campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-to-mid-sized paid search accounts, a strong analytical mindset, and a track record of driving performance and ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute, test, and refine campaigns to maximize conversions and revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, and Performance Max) to meet business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, bid management, and budget allocation to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient acquisition while scaling performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align paid search strategies with broader initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search advertising.
  • Assist in managing Hubspot and Meta Ads is preferred

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Search Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of improving KPIs through data-driven optimizations.
  • Using Google Ads Editor desktop application for managing multiple campaigns at scale
  • Experience with bid management tools and automated bidding strategies.
  • (Preferred) Experience managing Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
