Memory Care Director

In this leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Memory Care Program, designing and implementing meaningful activities that enrich the lives of our residents. You’ll work closely with families, staff, and the community to create a nurturing space that feels like home. As a leader, you will coach and train your team, ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate engaging, individualized programs for Memory Care residents
• Collaborate with other departments to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
• Provide ongoing education and training to memory care staff on best practices in dementia care
• Build supportive relationships with residents’ families and the local Alzheimer’s Association
• Oversee staffing, budget management, and quality assurance for the Memory Care Program

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience in dementia care
• 1 year of supervisory experience, including hiring, performance management, and staff training
• Strong knowledge of dementia care regulations and a deep understanding of older adults’ needs
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
