Sales Specialist
American House Senior Living Communities
American House is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Specialist to help drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned senior living communities within a geographic region. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners while guiding leads through the sales process from first inquiry to move-in.

What You’ll Do
- Drive occupancy and revenue performance for assigned communities
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to support sales goals
- Manage lead activity, conversions, and move-in metrics in YARDI CRM
- Conduct daily outreach to prospects to schedule tours and virtual tours
- Provide community tours to prospective residents, families, and referral partners
- Build and maintain professional referral relationships to generate new leads
- Create urgency and momentum throughout the sales process to support timely decision-making
- Plan and support marketing initiatives, community events, and outreach efforts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, families, and internal team members
- Partner closely with community and regional leadership to achieve shared goals
- Complete weekly occupancy reports, marketing plans, competitive analysis, and other required sales reporting
- Represent and promote the American House mission, culture, and standards in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales success, preferably in the senior housing industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong ability to uncover prospect needs and connect them with the right services
- Confident closing skills paired with empathy, professionalism, and compassion
- Excellent time management across lead generation, advancement, conversion, and business development
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, including YARDI
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or other non-traditional hours as needed
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
