What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, grooming, mobility, dining, and reminders.
- Encourage participation in social events, activities, and community programs.
- Build positive relationships with residents and help enhance their quality of life.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral well-being.
- Respond promptly and compassionately to resident requests and emergencies.
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
- Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
- Follow community policies, safety procedures, and training requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience working with seniors, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare is a plus.
- CNA certification preferred, but not required.
