Full-Time | American House Senior Living Community (Rochester Hills, MI)
Pay Rate: $16 per hour
Do you enjoy creating meaningful experiences and building connections with seniors? We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant to support activities, events, and wellness programs that enhance residents' quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Support the Life Enrichment director in the execution of the Whole Person Model.
- Lead activities designed by the Life Enrichment Director including arts and crafts, puzzles and games, essential exercise programming, etc.
- Together with the Life Enrichment team, work collaboratively with the Culinary team on special events.
- Welcome and orient new residents.
- Assist with community tours and special events.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain resident satisfaction.
- Required to work weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in activities, recreation, senior living, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technology and social media skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability to work on weekends and occasional evenings or special events.
