We're seeking a compassionate and energetic team member to create engaging resident experiences and provide safe transportation for outings and appointments.

Expectations of obtaining a chauffeur’s license within 90 days of hire:

$16 per hour/32 hours per week shift

Responsibilities

• Lead resident activities and events.
• Welcome new residents and assist with community tours.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
• Drive a 14-passenger community bus.
• Support resident engagement, volunteer programs, and special events.
• Assist with seasonal decorations and community communications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a Chauffeur's License within 90 days of hire.
• Comfortable driving a 14-passenger bus.
• Experience in senior living, activities, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and occasional special events.
