American House is seeking a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant / Driver to help create engaging experiences for our residents while providing safe transportation services.

Schedule: Part-Time, weekends required
License Requirement: Must obtain a Chauffeur’s License within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead resident activities and wellness programs.
• Assist with resident orientations and prospective resident visits.
• Coordinate weekend activities and special events.
• Use technology and social media to promote resident engagement.
• Drive a 14-passenger bus for resident outings and appointments.
• Maintain seasonal and holiday decorations.
• Support volunteer programs and community events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a Chauffeur’s License within 90 days.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using technology and software applications.
• Experience in senior living, recreation, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
