Will be responsible for tool repairs and maintenance. - Will be responsible for keeping tool crib organized. - May occasionally need to coordinate and/or help facilitate fleet vehicle repairs. - Fill out daily vehicle logs and perform visual inspections of assigned vehicle. - Will perform visual inspections of tools prior to delivery to ensure normal operation. - Will be responsible for keeping assigned, GPS equipped vehicle, clean and in good working order. - Report daily activities via web-based CMMS work order tracking system. - Be courteous, neat, clean and in proper uniform; always representing the company in a professional, moral, and ethical manner. - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers and suppliers. - Available for afterhours scheduled and for emergency maintenance and repair delivery calls.   Other Requirements: Essential Physical Abilities: Physical requirements include climbing, stooping and frequently lifting 50 lbs. or more. Ability to safely install and operate rigging and lifting devices.

Housekeeper Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring that the facility and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.   Primary Responsibilities for Housekeeper: - Ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents. - Engage in prospective resident visits. - Cleans resident apartment, including but not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service where applicable. - Responsible for personal laundry service where applicable. - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of entire building. - Monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies. - Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable. - Transports trash and waste to disposal area. - Notes areas or articles in need of repair and reports to Assistant Director. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.
